Protect Your Property! Before hiring any contractor make sure they have a valid License, Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, professional grade cleaners and the proper training to do the job! Hiring a contractor that doesn't meet these minimum requirements may easily cost you thousands of dollars in damages, legal actions and more, without any recourse at all! All of the contractors that meets these minimum requirements will usually have very comparable pricing. If there is a difference in price, it is probably because the contractor is using high pressure cleaning methods or playing chemist and making their own chemicals to do the job. All of the years I have spent teaching courses for the Power Washers of North America, and Alliance Trade Service, I can honestly tell you, you don't want to hire the cheapest guy! If you do, you will usually end up paying 10 times the amount of money you think you saved, to get the damages fixed!"
